.Biography.

Some interesting tidbits about myself: I'm vegan, so I don't eat any meat, dairy, eggs, or any other animal by-product like honey. I've also torn the ACL in my right knee twice, leading to 2 reconstructive knee surgeries … not something that I would recommend. I'm a big fan of France and French culture, so I've been studying French since 7th grade. And believe it or not, at 5 feet 5 inches tall, I once weighed 185 lbs. I now weigh around 125 lbs.

Some favorite pastimes: Taking unnecessarily long walks, playing basketball, cooking, finding good vegan food, traveling, walking aimlessly in an area I've never been to, and Googling random topics.

Favorite music: Elliott Smith, Iron and Wine, Richard Ashcroft, Francis Cabrel, Gus Black, David Gray, and Snow Patrol. (If you know more than half of those musicians, I'm impressed.) Top

Hi everyone!

Thanks for visiting our lovely AAA website! I'm so excited to be starting off the year with such a wonderful team who I know will make this organization proud! Now a little about myself...

This year, I am proud to be AAA's external vice-president. I love talking to different types of people and finding an connection in another human being. My favorite movie hands down is "You've Got Mail". I enjoy travelling and would consider living abroad, like I did this summer in London. In addition to AAA, I like to workout and have the occasional munchkin frosted doughnut as a post workout snack. I love being outside because nothing can beat the smell of rain, fresh grass, and cow manure...yum. Give me a honeydew bubble tea, a board game, fleece pants, and gummies any day and you've probably made me the happiest gal in the world ^-^

Expertise/Interests: making outrageous facial expressions, knitting huge gaps in the middle of scarves, pushing the snooze button at least 5 times before waking up, farting on command, compulsively checking my email, being easily amused, not keeping a straight face, being "overly trusting" does not = gullible!, making weird exclamations and noises, multi-multi-tasking, not finishing sudokus, stating opinions as facts, stating the obvious, overdosing on caffeine, acting bipolar, being optimistic, finger-crunching, loitering, clipping coupons, floating out of reality, enjoying simple pleasures, smiling :) being me

Some interesting tidbits about myself: I'm a huge Harrison Hsueh fan, but I still eat all meat, dairy, eggs, and any other animal by-product like honey. I've also torn my right rotator cuff and my left bicep tendon, leading to my inability to lift my arms up above my head correctly...not something I would recommend either. I'm a big fan of all sports, especially baseball, so I watch a lot of baseball over the summer. GO CUBBIES. I also like to race in triathlons with my roommate Samarth. And believe it or not, at 5 feet 8 inches tall, I once weighed 190 lbs. I now weigh around 155 lbs.

Some favorite pastimes: Studying for Actuarial Exams, any sports, watching baseball, creating Excel awesomeness.

I'm a short asian girl. I've got one little sister and my parents who I love bunches and bunches. I'm Chinese-American (Cantonese), born and raised in the greater Boston area. I'm a huge sports fan and since I started college, following and playing sports have become basically the only hobbies I have anymore. I also really love sports cars and cooking. My claim to fame is probably being the guy who knows the most random stuff. I am an absolute sucker for candy and health drinks (such as vitamin water, and fuze)

My name is Jay Park but I just go by Jay. I am from the chicago suburbs but now that I am a sophomore, I am beginning to get a feel for my new home, which is here in Champaign. I love music. Listening to it and performing it (I play violin). Traveling is great. You only live your life once... mind as well see everything there is to see. An interesting fact about me is that I gained 25 pounds my freshman year in college... I am currently trying to lose some of it. But about AAA. It has been truly an experience with AAA and I hope I can pass on that experience to new members and also gain more experience as a new officer. I am a strong believer in that attitude is key to success.

Hi! I'm Liz Pham, and I'm one of AAA's Social Chairs this year. I'm a pretty outgoing and silly person. I love laughing, having gun, meeting people, and making new friends. People tend to tell me that I talk really fast which is true, I think. I guess I just like to talk.

So some interesting stuff about me... I would have to say I'm the typical girly girl. I love shopping, clothes, jewelry, etc. But I am obsessed with taking pictures. I love listening to pretty much all kinds of music; my ipod and I are practically attatched at the hip. Techno and euro are my guilty pleasures. When people first meet me, they wouldn't guess that I am a dance fanatic... I absolutely love it. AAA's fashion show has to be one of my favorite times of the year, so I highly reccommend everyone to join it! Harry Potter is another one of my loves... or obsessions, I guess :)

Hey guys, my name is Kwanwoo Lee, and I'm excited to be your sports co-chair for next year. I can stand most sports, but I prefer playing tennis and watching football. Piano playing has been a huge part of my life, and I was even in a band in high school where we pretty much did Ben Folds covers. I really hope to have my own recording studio some day and come up with originals. Some random facts about me include writing almost the exact same story of "Finding Nemo" in 2nd grade, performing at Carnegie Hall, and not being able to burp.

Along with being the new Outreach CoChair for AAA, I am also the President the Multicultural Council, VP External for TEAM, Advocacy Chair for MAASU ECC, Publicity CoChair for ISA, Intern at the AACC, and also a Global Studies Intern. I am everywhere and anywhere: an instant classic who's always on the move. Get psyched, because this will be, without a shadow of a doubt, the greatest year in U of I history...

Cutest Pokemon/ Office Couch Cushion /Pillow

.Biography.
Pikachus are short mouse Pokémon that possess short, yellow fur with brown markings covering their backs and parts of their tails. They have black-tipped pointy ears and light red circles on their cheeks, which contain electrical sacs. Their tails are shaped in the form of a lightning bolt. We caught these two while they wondered off from the Pikachu Land and into our office. They have stayed ever since and enjoyed the presence of AAA members.
